In June and July dr Bartosz Czepil, a political scientist from the University of Opole, stays at the Technical University of Liberec in order to conduct research on accountability at the municipal level in the Czech Republic, with the city of Liberec being in the centre of his study. During his stay he uses a library resources and conducts interviews with representatives of different sectors involved into accountability process. His research visit is possible thanks to the Visegrad Fellowship granted by the International Visegrad Fund.
